  2.      Instructions for Installing CdIdx and the Emerald Shareware Games Disc

  5.         1.  Go to your CD-ROM drive by typing its letter and a colon. If,
  6.             for example, your CD-ROM drive is the S drive, type "S:" and
  7.             press return.
  8.  
  9.         2.  Now enter the command "setup" and press return. This will set
  10.             the CdIdx variables in the environment to their proper values.
  11.  
  12.         Steps 3 and 4 are optional. To avoid typing "setup" each time you 
  13.         want to run CdIdx, do them. Otherwise, you can type "go" now and 
  14.         start using CdIdx.

  16.         3.  Type the "install" command and wait for it to ask you about
  17.             modifying your AUTOEXEC.BAT. Type Y if you want to make the
  18.             changes, N if you don't.
  19.  
  20.         4.  If you run into trouble you may need to run "msetup". This will
  21.             allow you to manually enter the drive letters for the boot and
  22.             CD-ROM drives.

  24.         5.  Type "go" and CdIdx will start.
